Roermond has two berths for river cruise ships and excursion boats. An attractive walking route provides visitors with easy access from the berths to the city centre and Designer Outlet Roermond.

Maximum vessel length: per vessel 135 metres.

Mooring fees:

• For passenger ships with a maximum length of 70 metres per 24 hours or part thereof: €115,63
• For passenger ships with a length of more than 70 metres but not exceeding 90 metres per 24-hour period or part thereof: €148,66
• For passenger ships with a length of more than 90 metres, but not more than 110 metres per day or part thereof: €181,69
• For passenger ships with a length of more than 110 metres but not more than 135 metres per 24 hours or part thereof: €222,99
• For a stay of less than 4 hours, 60% of the port fees due will be charged.
• Multiple use of a passenger ship within one calendar day shall only be charged once.

An exemption must be applied for well in advance via the website of the Municipality of Roermond.

Shipping companies can apply for a general exemption to allow coaches to drop off, pick up or return passengers. This exemption is valid for one year and comes with a scan card that can be used to operate the bollard at Arlo. The exemption letter must be presented to municipal enforcement officers or the police upon request. Parking in the Arlo pedestrian area is never permitted.
